1. RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2009 SECTION 8 MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT PROGRAM CERTIFICATION

The board is asked to approve the Section 8 Management Assessment Program Certification, which assesses the Authority’s performance in administering the
Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance program, for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 2009.

The next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority will be held
March 23, 2010, at 4:30 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 202 North Prince Street, 4^th floor, Suite 400, Lancaster, PA.
