1. Resolution Designating Recovery Zones as Required under The Recovery Zone Facility Bond Program
The Board is asked to acknowledge, accept and ratify the designation of Lancaster County’s Urban Growth Areas, Village Growth Areas and Rural Business Areas as the
Recovery Zones under the Lancaster County Recovery Zone Facility Bond Program,
as established by Resolutions Number 8 and Number 9 of 2010 by the Board of
Commissioners of Lancaster County.
IV. Other Business
The next regular meeting of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster will be held April 27, 2010 immediately following the 4:30 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 202 North Prince Street, 4th floor, Suite 400, Lancaster, PA.
