The Board is asked to review and/or adopt a first blight determination resolution for 2324 Wood Street.

VIII. Other Business

1.         ADOPTION OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE VACANT PROPERTY REINVESTMENT PROGRAM POLICIES MANUAL.

The Board is asked to adopt the proposed changes to the Vacant Property Reinvestment Program Policies Manual.

The next meeting of the Lancaster County Vacant Property Reinvestment Board will be held Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 202 North Prince Street, Suite 400, Lancaster, PA.
