Resolution Approving a Cooperation Agreement Between the Housing
Authority
of the City of Lancaster, Tabor Community Services Inc. and the Lancaster
County
Housing Authority
The Board is asked
to authorize the Executive Director to execute a Cooperation Agreement among
Tabor Community Services, Inc., the Housing Authority of the City of Lancaster,
and the Lancaster County Housing Authority, governing the operation of the
Family Self-Sufficiency Program; and
The Board is further asked to agree to provide a maximum of $51,796.00 from the
Family Self-Sufficiency Grant, to be received through the U. S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development, to Tabor Community Services, Inc. to cover the
Authority’s share of the annual administrative costs associated with operating
the Family Self -Sufficiency Program from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011.
