Own a Home and Need Repairs?
Our Home Repair Program provides assistance to income eligible homeowners to complete necessary repairs that affect the structural integrity and livability of their homes.
Public and Homeless Services
Non-profit organizations can apply for funding for programs that address public and homeless service needs. We also have information for persons who are in need of these programs
Rental Assistance
The Section 8 Rental Assistance Program helps lower income families and seniors to pay their monthly rent. The family pays part of the rent and the Housing Authority pays the rest of the rent. We are sorry, but we ARE NOT currently accepting applications.
Rental Housing Development
Our Rental Housing Program provides assistance to developers for the rehabilitation of existing rental properties as well as for construction of new rental housing units.
Public Facility and Infrastructure Improvements
Municipalities and non-profit organizations can apply for funding for sanitary sewer, public water, neighborhood improvement and parks and recreational facility projects, and public facility rehabilitation.
Fair Housing and Affordable Housing Inititatives
Everyone is entitled to decent, safe and sanitary housing and shall not be discriminated against in their pursuit of housing.
Borough Revitalization
The Authority assists boroughs and other jurisdictions seeking to pursue downtown redevelopment/revitalization projects.
Private Activity Bonds (PABs)
The Authority is an issuer of PABs which is a financing mechanism used to attract private investment for projects that have some public benefit, such as affordable rental housing and economic development activities.
