1.
RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2003 ANNUAL PLAN.
The Board is asked to amend the Fiscal Year 2003
Annual Plan to state the Housing Authority’s intent to reserve up to 20
vouchers of the existing 861 vouchers available in the Housing Authority’s
Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program for project-based assistance. Also, to authorize the Executive Director to
reserve 8 of the project-based vouchers for the Lincoln House project pending
the submission of an acceptable proposal in response to a formal Request for
Proposals to be issued by the Housing Authority.
2.
RESOLUTION
APPROVING REVISIONS TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR THE SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE
VOUCHER PROGRAM.
The Board is asked to approve revisions to the Lancaster County Housing Authority Section 8
Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan, establishing the
policies, practices, and procedures to be used in the administration of the
rental assistance program.
3.
RESOLUTION
RECINDING THE EXISTING PROCUREMENT POLICY AND ESTABLISHING A NEW PROCUREMENT
POLICY.
The Board is asked to rescind and make null and
void the Housing Authority’s current procurement policy effective this 25th
day of February 2003. Also, the Board is
asked to adopt the Procurement Policy marked as Exhibit “A” to be effective
this 25th day of February 2003.

The next meeting of the
Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority will be held on Tuesday, March
25, 2003, at 5:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and
Redevelopment Authority, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite
110, Lancaster, PA.
