1.
RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE LANCASTER CITY
HOUSING AUTHORITY AND TABOR COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.
The Board is asked to amend the Time of
Performance of the Cooperation Agreement dated December 17, 2001 to now cover
the period January 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 and to approve the
appropriation of an additional $31,255 from the Family Self-Sufficiency
Coordinator grant received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development in 2001 and 2002 to cover costs Tabor Community Services, Inc. will
incur to administer the Family Self-Sufficiency Program through June 30, 2003. Further, the Board is asked to approve the
language changes and amended budget to the Cooperation Agreement stipulated in
the Amendment.

The next meeting of the
Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority will be held on Tuesday, April
22, 2003, at 5:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and
Redevelopment Authority, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite
110, Lancaster, PA.
