1. ELECTION OF OFFICERS

2. RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISION TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR THE SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM.

The Board is asked to approve a revision to the Lancaster County Housing Authority Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan, establishing the policies, practices, and procedures to be used in the administration of the Section 8 Homeownership Program.

X. OTHER BUSINESS:

The next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2004, at 5:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, 150 North Queen Street, 1^st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
