1. Public Hearing on 2005-2009 Five-Year Plan and Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2005.
2. Resolution of the Board of Lancaster County Housing Authority Adopting the 2005-2009 Five-Year Plan and the Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2005.
The Board is asked to adopt the Lancaster County Housing Authority's 2005-2009 Five-Year Plan and the Annual Plan for the Year 2005 and authorize the Chairman to sign the "Certification of Compliance with the PHA Plans and Related Regulations" and submit said Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
3. Resolution Adopting a Schedule of Meetings for the Year 2005.
The Board is asked to adopt a meeting schedule for the year 2005. Regular meetings for the year 2005 shall be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except for the month of December when the meeting will be held on the second Tuesday of the month. Said meetings will be held at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing Authority, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
X. Other Business:
The next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority will be held October 26, 2004, at 5:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
