1.         Resolution Approving And Authorizing Execution Of An Agreement With The Firm Of Stevens & Lee, PC For The Provision Of Legal Services.

 

The Board is asked to approve and authorize execution of an Agreement for the delivery of legal services with the firm of Stevens & Lee, PC for the period of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.

 

2.                Resolution Approving A Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher Program Housing Assistance Payments Contract With Community Basics, Inc. For The Fordney Road Project.

 

The Board is asked to approve a ten-year Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher Program Housing Assistance Payment Contract with Community Basics, Inc. to reserve Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers for fourteen (14) mentally ill, homeless individuals for the Fordney Road Project.

The next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority will be held July 26, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
