1.         Resolution approving a policy statement establishing authorized signatories for official documents.

 

The Board is asked to approve the policy statement authorizing signatories for official documents required to carry-out the daily business of the Lancaster County Housing Authority.

 

2.         Resolution authorizing award of a contract for audit services.

 

The Board is asked to authorize award of a contract to Polcari & Company, Certified Public Accountants, to audit the financial books and records of the Housing Authority.

 

3.         Resolution approving a cooperation agreement between the Housing Authority of the City of Lancaster, Tabor Community Services, Inc. and the Lancaster County Housing Authority.

 

The Board is asked to approve the attached Cooperation Agreement between Tabor Community Services, Inc., the Housing Authority of the City of Lancaster and the Lancaster County Housing Authority governing the operation of the Family Self-Sufficiency Program.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

X.        Other Business

 

The next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority will be held September 27, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
