1. Resolution Appointing Marian Joyce Secretary of the Board of Directors.

The Board is asked to approve the incoming secretary.

2. Resolution Approving a Cooperation Agreement between the Housing Authority of the City of Lancaster, Tabor Community Services, Inc. and The Lancaster County Housing Authority.

The Board is asked to approve a cooperation agreement governing the operation of the Family Self-Sufficiency Program to provide a maximum of $110,550.00 to cover the Authority’s share of the annual administrative costs.

X.      Other Business

The next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority will be held
July 25, 2006, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1^st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
