MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING

LANCASTER COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY

The members of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority met Tuesday, November 26, 2002. The meeting was held at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing Authority, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 110. Cindy Stewart, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

Members of the Board in attendance were Cindy Stewart, Chairman, Neil Kinsey, Vice Chairman, Ralph Murray, Ed Hollinger, and Crystal Cooper.

Staff members present were Randy S. Patterson, Executive Director, David M. Brazina, Director of Community Development, William O. Fountain, Director of Technical Services, and Joyce E. Dietrich, Secretary.

Also present were Ray Miller, Lancaster Baseball Committee; P.J. Reilly, Intelligencer Journal; Amy Leeking, Lancaster New Era; Jack Howell, Lancaster Alliance; Shelby Nauman, Lancaster Mayor’s Office; Arthur Morris, Bring Baseball Back to Lancaster Committee; Tom Baldridge, The Lancaster Chamber, Steve Diamantoni, Lancaster City Council; Ray Baldwin, Representative Elect; John Espenshade, Stevens & Lee; and Lorraine Frick, Court Stenographer.

There was no public comment.

Minutes of the October 22, 2002 meeting were accepted on a motion by Mr. Hollinger, second by Ms. Cooper and unanimously accepted.

There were no Bills or Communications.

Report of the Executive Director is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit “A”.

The Financial Report for the month of October 2002 was approved on a motion by Mr. Kinsey, second by Mr. Murray, and unanimously accepted. A copy of the Financial Report is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit “B”.

There were no Committee Reports.

There was no Old Business.

There was no New Business.

Other Business:

Ms. Stewart announced that the next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority would be held Tuesday, December 17, 2002, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 110, Lancaster, PA.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
