The members of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority met Monday, June 7, 2004.  The meeting was held at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing Authority, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120.  Edward Hollinger, Vice Chairman, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Members of the Board in attendance were, Edward Hollinger, Ralph Murray, and Miriam Fletcher.  Cindy Stewart and Neil Kinsey were absent.

Staff members present were Randy S. Patterson, Executive Director, William Fountain, Director of Technical Services, Teresa W. Danforth, Director of Community Services, and David Brazina, Director of Community Development.

Public Comment - None

Minutes of the May 4, 2004 meeting were accepted on a motion by Mr. Murray, second by Ms. Fletcher and unanimously accepted. 

Bills or Communications – There were no communications to report. 

Report of the Executive Director is attached hereto, made a part hereof. 

The Financial Report for the month of April 2004 was approved on a motion by Ms. Fletcher, second by Mr. Murray, and unanimously accepted.

New Business –

1. Randy Patterson reported that Diana Hess, the Housing Authority Board Secretary has resigned her position with the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster and has therefore resigned as Secretary to the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority.

Mr. Patterson reported that the Board will need to appoint an interim Secretary until Ms. Hess’ position is filled.

On a motion by Mr. Hollinger, second by Mr. Murray and unanimously adopted, the Board appointed Randy S. Patterson to serve as the Board’s interim Secretary.

Other Business - None

Mr. Hollinger announced that the next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority is expected to be held Thursday, July 22, 2004, at 5:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
