The members of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority met Tuesday, December 14 , 2004.  The meeting was held at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing Authority, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120. 

Members of the Board in attendance were: Cindy Stewart, Chair; Edward Hollinger, Vice Chair; Ralph Murray, Neil Kinsey and Miriam Fletcher.

Staff members present were: Randy S. Patterson, Executive Director; Teresa Danforth, Director of Community Services; David Brazina, Director of Community Development; William Fountain, Director of Technical Services and Karen Bousquet, Secretary. 

Ms. Stewart called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Public Comment – None

Minutes of the October 26, 2004 meeting were accepted. The motion was made by Mr. Hollinger, second by Ms. Fletcher and unanimously accepted. 

Bills or Communications – There were no communications to report. 

Report of the Executive Director is attached hereto, made part hereof.

The Financial Reports for the months of October and November 2004 were approved on a motion by Mr. Kinsey, second by Mr. Hollinger, and unanimously accepted. 

Committee Reports – Ms. Stewart appointed Mr. Murray and Mr. Hollinger to the nominating committee.  Positions as Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary are up for nomination.

Old Business – None

New Business:

1)  The Board adopted a resolution approving a new agreement between the Lancaster County Housing Authority and the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster for personnel and related services. The motion was made by Ms. Fletcher, second by Mr. Kinsey and unanimously carried. (A copy of said Resolution [Dec04 #6] is attached hereto, and made a part hereof).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster whereby the Redevelopment Authority will provide personnel and related services for programs operated by the Housing Authority.

Other Business – None

Ms. Stewart announced that the next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority is expected to be held Tuesday, January 25, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA. 

The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
