The members of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority met Tuesday, April 26, 2005.  The meeting was held at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing Authority, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120. 

Members of the Board in attendance were: Cindy Stewart, Chairman; Edward Hollinger, Vice Chairman; Neil Kinsey; Ralph Murray; and Miriam Fletcher.

Staff members present were: Randy S. Patterson, Executive Director; David Brazina, Deputy Executive Director; Teresa Danforth, Director of Community Services; William Fountain, Director of Technical Services; Aimee Tyson, Director of Community Development; and Karen Bousquet, Secretary. 

Ms. Stewart called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Public Comment – None

Minutes of the February 22, 2005 meeting were accepted. The motion was made by Ms. Fletcher, second by Mr. Hollinger and unanimously accepted. 

Bills or Communications – Members of the Board received a copy of the 2004 Audit Report.

Report of the Executive Director is attached hereto, made part hereof.

The Financial Report for the months of February and March 2005 were approved on a motion by Mr. Hollinger, second by Ms. Fletcher, and unanimously accepted.

Other Business – None

Ms. Stewart announced that the next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority is expected to be held Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
