The members of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority met Tuesday, December 13, 2005.  The meeting was held at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing Authority, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120. 

Members of the Board in attendance were: Cindy Stewart, Chairman, Ralph Murray, Neil Kinsey and Miriam Fletcher. Joining by telephone was Edward Hollinger, Vice Chairman.

Staff members present were: Randy S. Patterson, Executive Director; David M. Brazina, Deputy Executive Director; Teresa Danforth, Housing Services Director; Aimee Tyson, Community Development Director; and Karen Bousquet, Secretary. 

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.

Public Comment – None

Minutes of the October 25, 2005 meeting were accepted. The motion was made by Mr. Kinsey, second by Mr. Murray and unanimously accepted. 

Correspondence or Communications – Mr. Patterson presented a letter from HUD regarding Mod Rehab recapture of funds.

Report of the Executive Director is attached hereto, made part hereof.

The Financial Report for the months of September and October 2005 was approved on a motion by Mr. Kinsey, second by Mr. Murray, and unanimously accepted. 

Committee Reports – None

Old Business – None

New Business:

1) The Chairman appointed Ralph Murray and Miriam Fletcher to the nominating committee for 2006.

Other Business – None

Ms. Stewart announced that the next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority is expected to be held Tuesday, January 26, 2006, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
