Lancaster County Housing Authority

The members of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority met Tuesday, January 24, 2006.  The meeting was held at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing Authority, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120. 

Members of the Board in attendance were: Ralph Murray, Neil Kinsey and Miriam Fletcher. Absent were Cindy Stewart, Chairman and Edward Hollinger, Vice Chairman.

Staff members present were: Randy S. Patterson, Executive Director; David M. Brazina, Deputy Executive Director; Teresa Danforth, Housing Services Director; Aimee Tyson, Community Development Director; and Karen Bousquet, Secretary. 

The meeting was called to order at 4:10 p.m.

Public Comment – None

Minutes of the December, 2005 meeting were accepted. The motion was made by Ms. Fletcher, second by Mr. Kinsey and unanimously accepted. 

Correspondence or Communications – None

Report of the Executive Director is attached hereto, made part hereof.

The Financial Reports for the months of November and December 2005 were approved on a motion by Mr. Kinsey, second by Ms. Fletcher, and unanimously accepted. 

Committee Reports – Ms. Fletcher and Mr. Murray presented a slate of officers which the committee is nominating for 2006. 

Old Business – None

New Business:

1)  A motion was called to accept the slate of officers as presented by the Nominating Committee.  The motion to accept was made by Ms. Fletcher, second by Mr. Kinsey and unanimously accepted.  Officers for 2006 are: Cindy Stewart, Chairman; Neil Kinsey, Vice Chairman; and Secretary by appointment, Karen Bousquet. 

Other Business – None

Mr. Murray announced that the next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority is expected to be held Tuesday, February 28, 2006, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
