Lancaster County Housing Authority

The members of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority met Tuesday,
December 12, 2006.  The meeting was held at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing Authority, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120. 

Members of the Board in attendance were: Cindy Stewart, Chair;  Neil Kinsey, Vice-Chair; Ralph Murray; and Miriam Fletcher.  Absent: James Shultz

Staff members present were: Matthew T. Sternberg, Executive Director; David M. Brazina, Deputy Director; Teresa Danforth, Housing Services Director; Aimee Tyson, Community Development Director; and Marian Joyce, Secretary. 

The meeting was called to order at 4:04 p.m.

Public Comment – None

Minutes of the November  28, 2006 meeting were approved. The motion was made by Mr. Kinsey, second by Ms. Fletcher and unanimously accepted. 

Bills or Communications – None

Report of the Executive Director – is attached hereto, and made a part hereof.

Financial Report : The financials for the month of November will be presented in January, due to the early timing of the December meeting.

Nominating Committee Report: Mr. Murray and Ms. Fletcher presented a slate of officers for 2007.  A motion was called to accept the slate of officers as presented by the Committee.  The motion to accept was made by Ms. Fletcher, second by Mr. Kinsey and unanimously accepted.  Officers for 2007 are: Cindy Stewart, Chair; Neil Kinsey, Assistant Chair; Ralph Murray, Treasurer; and James Shultz, Assistant Treasurer.           

A motion was called to accept the slate of officers as presented by the Nominating Committee.  The motion to accept was made by Ms. Fletcher, second by Mr. Kinsey and unanimously accepted.  Officers for

Ms. Stewart announced that the next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority is expected to be held Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
