The members of
the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority met
The meeting was held at the office of the Lancaster County Housing Authority,
Members of the Board in attendance were: Ralph Murray, James Shultz, and Miriam Fletcher. Absent: Cindy Stewart and Neil Kinsey.
Staff members present were: Matthew T. Sternberg, Executive Director; David M. Brazina, Deputy Director; Teresa Danforth, Housing Services Director; Aimee Tyson, Community Development Director; and Marian Joyce, Secretary.

Bills or Communications – None
Report of the Executive
Director: is attached hereto, and made a part hereof. Mr. Sternberg informed
the Board of the intent to open the Housing list for two weeks in July. People
will be encouraged to mail in their applications. It might be possible to start
interviewing the first new applicants by August.
Ms. Danforth answered questions from the Board regarding HUD, guidance provided
to clients seeking housing, and explained reasons for no matching of
landlord/tenant.
Financial Report: The Treasurer’s Report for the month of April was approved on a motion by Ms. Fletcher, second by Mr. Shultz, and unanimously accepted.
