RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A CONTRACT WITH THE LANCASTER COUNTY HUMAN RELATIONS
COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE FAIR HOUSING PROGRAM.
The
Board is asked to approve a contract amendment with the Lancaster County Human
Relations Commission on behalf of the Fair Housing Program providing
compensation to cover unanticipated legal costs to obtain substantial
equivalency with federal fair housing laws.
3.
RESOLUTION
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH SALISBURY TOWNSHIP.
The
Board is asked to approve the execution of a contract, providing a maximum
fiscal year 2003 Community Development Block Grant of $225,000.00 to Salisbury
Township, for the construction of approximately 5,700 feet of sanitary sewer
line along Strasburg Road in Salisbury Township.

RESOLUTION
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH RAPHO TOWNSHIP.
The
Board is asked to approve the execution of a contract, providing a maximum fiscal
year 2003 Community Development Block Grant of $225,000.00 to Rapho Township,
for the construction of sanitary sewer lines along Old Line Road, Kendig Drive
and Orchard Road in eastern Rapho Township.
5.
RESOLUTION
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE WARWICK TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY.
The
Board is asked to approve the execution of a contract, providing a maximum
fiscal year 2003 Community Development Block Grant of $190,000.00 to the
Warwick Township Municipal Authority, for the construction of approximately
3,645 feet of ten inch water main to serve the Village of Brunnerville and John
Beck Elementary School.
6.
RESOLUTION
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH WEST COCALICO TOWNSHIP.
The
Board is asked to approve the execution of a contract, providing a maximum
fiscal year 2003 Community Development Block Grant of $140,000.00 to West
Cocalico Township, for the construction of approximately 1,200 liner feet of
storm sewer, inlets, curbing and sidewalks to collect storm water on the first
block of South King Street.
7.
RESOLUTION
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE LANCASTER COUNTY HEALTH AND WELFARE
FOUNDATION.
The
Board is asked to approve the execution of a contract, providing a maximum
fiscal year 2003 Community Development Block Grant of $100,000.00 to the Lancaster
County Health and Welfare Foundation, for the replacement of deteriorated HVAC
piping and pipe hanging systems; replacement of the lighting fixtures; and
replacement of the fan/coil ventilators in the “A” wing of the facility located
at 630 Janet Avenue in the City of Lancaster.

RESOLUTION
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE YWCA OF LANCASTER.
The
Board is asked to approve the execution of a contract, providing a maximum
fiscal year 2003 Community Development Block Grant of $20,000.00 to the YWCA of
Lancaster, for repairs and improvements to the Residence Hall in the YWCA
building located at 110 North Lime Street, Lancaster.

OTHER
BUSINESS:
The next meeting of the Board of the
Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster will be held on Tuesday, February
25, 2003, immediately following the 5:00 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County
Housing Authority in the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and
Redevelopment Authority,
