1.                  Resolution Awarding Contracts for Clipper Magazine Stadium

 

The Board will consider the award of construction contracts under Bid Package #3 – General Building Construction for Clipper Magazine Stadium as recommended by Warfel Construction-Barton Malow, a joint venture, and the Authority’s construction manager.

 

 

2.                  Resolution Ratifying The Execution Of A Contract With Environmental Products & Services of Vermont, Inc.

           

            The Board is asked to ratify the execution of a contract with Environmental Products & Services of Vermont, Inc. to remove an underground storage tank, hydraulic lifts and soil with free product at the Clipper Magazine Stadium site.

 

 

3.                  Corporate Resolution Confirming The Authority’s Banking Relationship with Fulton Bank.

 

            The Board is asked to approve a corporate resolution confirming that Fulton Bank is the designated depository of the Authority and establishing persons authorized to perform functions on behalf of the Authority as specified in the resolution.

 

4.                  Resolution Appointing Fulton Financial Advisors to Manage the Authority’s Cash Reserves For The Clipper Magazine Stadium Project And Approving A Cash Reserve Investment Management Agreement.

 

            The Board is asked to appoint Fulton Financial Advisors, N.A. to manage the Authority’s cash reserves for the Clipper Magazine Stadium project; to approve the execution of a Cash Reserve Investment Management Agreement with Fulton Financial Advisors, N.A.; and to establish persons authorized to perform functions on behalf of the Authority as specified in the resolution.

 

 

X.        Other Business

 

The next meeting of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster is expected to be held the weeks of either August 9 or August 16, immediately following the 5:00 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.   The specific date will be advertised in the Lancaster Newspapers.  The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board is Tuesday, August 24, 2004 immediately following the 5:00 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the office of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
