1. Resolution Appointing A Secretary To The Board Of Directors Of The Redevelopment Authority Of The County Of Lancaster

The Board will pass a Resolution appointing Karen S. Bousquet as Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Authority effective August 17, 2004.

2. Resolution Awarding Contracts For Clipper Magazine Stadium

The Board will consider the award of construction contracts under Bid Package #3 – General Building Construction for Clipper Magazine Stadium as recommended by Warfel Construction-Barton Malow, a joint venture, and the Authority’s construction manager.

3. Resolution Approving An Amendment To A Contract With Manheim Borough Authority

            The Board is asked to approve an amendment to increase the amount of the grant for the Sun Hill Service Water Upgrade project by TWENTY TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($22,000.00) to bring the grant amount to a new total of TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($215,000.00).

4. Resolution Approving An Amendment To A Contract With Rapho Township.

            The Board is asked to approve an amendment to increase the amount of the grant for the Kendig Drive Water and Sewer Extension, Phase II project by TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS            ($25,000.00) to bring the grant amount to a new total of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000.00).

X.        Other Business

The next meeting of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster will be held September 28, 2004 immediately following the 5:00 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1^st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
