1.         Resolution Approving the Execution of a Restrictive Covenant Agreement Related to the Clipper Magazine Stadium  Project.

 

The Board is asked to approve a Restrictive Covenant Agreement restricting the use of the Stadium by certain minor league baseball franchises without the written consent of the Commonwealth.       

 

 

2.         Resolution Endorsing Lancaster County’s Fiscal Year 2005 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant Program, the Home Investment Partnerships Program and the Emergency Shelter Grant Program.

 

The Board is asked to recommend that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Lancaster approve the proposed Annual Action Plan as presented and authorize the Redevelopment Authority to submit Plan to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development as Lancaster County’s Fiscal Year 2005 Annual Action Plan.

 

 

 

3.         Resolution Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Funding with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.

 

The Board is asked to authorize submission of an application to the PA Department of Community and Economic Development requesting Three Hundred Seventeen Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($317,275.00) for the Village Garden II Apartments Project in Manheim Township.

 

 

4.                  Consideration of the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal Submitted by Warfel-Barton Malow, a Joint Venture.

 

The Board will consider the draft Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal prepared by Warfel-Barton Malow for the construction of Clipper Magazine Stadium.  The Board will be asked to authorize the Executive Director to finalize negotiations on the Guaranteed Maximum Price Agreement and sign the Agreement on behalf of the Board.

 

5.         Approval of Contracts and Purchase Orders for Clipper Magazine Stadium.

 

The Board will consider the award of a contract for the installation of the playing field and authorizing the Executive Director to issue purchase orders for furniture, fixtures and equipment as recommended by the Lancaster Baseball Club, LLC.

 

 

X.        Other Business

 

The next meeting of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster will be held November 23, 2004 immediately following the 5:00 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
