1.         Resolution Authorizing the Submission of an Application for a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Grant in Connection with Franklin and Marshall College’s Life Sciences and Philosophy Building Project and Authorizing Appropriate Related Action.

 

 

2.         Resolution Approving a Memorandum of Understanding With East Cocalico Township.

 

The Board is asked to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with East Cocalico Township establishing the eligibility requirements and administrative procedures to be followed for the operation of the Homeowner Assistance Program.

 

 

3.         Resolution Approving Revised Guidelines for the Rental Housing Program.

 

The Board is asked to approve the revised Guidelines for Funding for the Rental Housing Program.

 

 

 

4.         Resolution Approving Limited Power of Attorney.

 

The Board is asked to approve a new Power of Attorney to the appropriate current staff of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster.

 

 

5.         Resolution Approving a Contract with Community Action Program of Lancaster County, Inc. for the Operation of the Energy Conservation Center.

 

The Board is asked to approve a contract with Community Action Program of Lancaster County, Inc. for the Operation of the Energy Conservation Center to provide weatherization services in the amount not to exceed $150,000.00.

 

 

6.         Resolution Approving a Programmatic Agreement for the Years 2005-2010.

 

The Board is asked to approve a Programmatic Agreement to assure compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the implement regulations of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation.

 

 

X.        Other Business

 

The next meeting of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster will be held March 22, 2005 immediately following the 4:00 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
