1.         Resolution Ratifying the Execution and Delivery to the County of Lancaster of a Subordinated Promissory Note in the Principal Amount of $500,000 Pursuant to Which the County Will Lend to the Authority Funds Required in Connection with the Construction of Clipper Magazine Stadium.

 

 

2.         Resolution Authorizing the Executive Director to Procure Additional Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment for Clipper Magazine Stadium.

 

The Board is asked to authorize the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, and the Controller to issue purchase orders for furniture, fixtures, and equipment for Clipper Magazine Stadium in an amount not to exceed the budget of $3,000,000.

 

 

3.         Resolution Approving a Memorandum of Understanding with United Disabilities Services.

 

The Board is asked to approve a Memorandum of Understand with United Disabilities Services establishing the administrative procedures to be followed for the operation of the Access Lancaster County Program.

 

 

 

4.         Resolution Approving an Amendment to a Contract with the Borough of Manheim.

 

The Board is asked to approve an amendment to a contract with the Borough of Manheim for the New Charlotte Street and Eby Street Neighborhood Improvement project.  The amendment will increase the grant amount by $88,000 to bring the total to $240,000.00.

 

 

X.        Other Business

 

The next meeting of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster will be held May 24, 2005 immediately following the 4:00 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
