1.         Resolution Approving a Contract with The Lancaster County Human Relations Commission.

 

The Board is asked to approve the execution of a contract with the Lancaster County Human Relations Commission for fair housing program activities designated to promote the provision of fair and equal housing opportunities regardless of a person’s race, color, sex, ancestry, national origin, handicap/disability, or familial status, in accordance with State and Federal Fair Housing Laws. The amount of the contract is not to exceed $45,000 of Fiscal Year 2007 Community Development Block Grant funds.

 

X.                  Other Business

 

The next meeting of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster will be held January 23, 2006 immediately following the 4:00 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
