1.         Resolution Approving Changes to the Lancaster County Consolidated Housing and Community Development Program.

The Board is asked to approve amendments to the Citizen Participation Plan to improve the facilitation of the allocation process.

The next meeting of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster will be held September 26, 2006 immediately following the 4:00 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 150 North Queen Street, 1^st floor, Suite 120, Lancaster, PA.
