1. Resolution Adopting the Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2008

The Board is asked to adopt the Streamlined Annual Plan for the Year 2008.

The Board is further asked to authorize the Chairman to sign “Certifications of Compliance with the PHA Plans and Related Regulations” and submit said Plan to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

2. Resolution Adopting a Schedule of Meetings for the Year 2008

The next meeting of the Board of the Lancaster County Housing Authority will be held
October 23, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 202 North Prince Street, Suite 400, Lancaster, PA.
