1.         Resolution Authorizing the Sale of 225, 227 and 229 Perry Street in Columbia Borough.

 

The Board is asked to authorize the Executive Director to enter into a Purchase and Sales Agreement and to close on the sale of the three parcels to Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity for construction of a duplex residential building and selection of homeowners who qualify under HUD guidelines for Low/Mod benefit.

 

2.         Resolution Approving a Contract with Community Action Program of Lancaster County Inc. for the Operation of the Energy Conservation Center.

 

The Board is asked to approve the execution of a contract with the Community Action Program of Lancaster County, Inc. for the operation of the ENERGY CONSERVATION CENTER to provide weatherization services for approximately 80 low and moderate income homeowners for a period beginning March 1, 2008 and terminating on February 28, 2009 in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00 of Fiscal Year 2008 Community Development Block Grant Funds if at least $150,000 is spent by November 30, 2008.

 

3.         Resolution Reserving Funding for the Lincoln West Apartments Rehabilitation Project.

 

The Board is asked to authorize an amendment to the Reservation of Funds letter reserving HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds and/or Community Development Block Grant Funds in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for the Lincoln West Apartments Rehabilitation Project.

 

The Board is further asked to authorize the Executive Director or the Director of Community Development to execute all documents related to said transactions.

 

         

X.                  Other Business

 

The next meeting of the Board of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster will be held March 25, 2008 immediately following the 4:30 p.m. meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority at the offices of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, 202 North Prince Street, 4th floor, Suite 400, Lancaster, PA.
