HOUSING ASSISTANCE

DIVERSIFIED: The
housing programs offered by the Lancaster County
Housing and Redevelopment Authorities are
designed to respond to the various housing needs
of low and moderate income Lancaster County
households. We administer programs which benefit
homeowners, renters and landlords.
FLEXIBLE:
Because we have a number of funding sources
which allow us to develop local program
policies, we are able to tailor our programs to
respond to the specific needs of Lancaster
County households.
COORDINATED:
We work with for-profit and non-profit housing
developers and County agencies to provide a
comprehensive approach to the housing problems
faced by Lancaster County households.
