development activities. The activities must primarily benefit low and
moderate income persons - either as a community or as employees.
TRAINING
AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Funding
is available for training and technical assistance to help lower income
persons own and operate a successful business.
ASSETS
offers a 13-week evening training program for persons starting small
businesses. ASSETS provides mentoring, refresher seminars and
other support. Training and mentoring are provided through local
business owners and professionals.
BASE,
Inc. provides one-on-one technical assistance to Lancaster County
entrepreneurs to enable them to be successful in their business
endeavors.

First Fund provides technical assistance to obtain financing to

REVITALIZATION Funding

business organizations to improve and revitalize low and moderate income
