WE’VE MOVED!!
As of Monday, June 11th, the Redevelopment Authority of Lancaster County (as well as the Lancaster County Housing Authority) has moved its offices to:
202 North Prince Street, Suite 400
Lancaster. PA 17603-3528
After unpacking the many, many (many) boxes that were filled with files and computers and government manuals and office supplies and all the other stuff it takes to run an operation like this, we’re finally starting to settle in to our new location. Below you can see the Redevelopment Authorities’ Technical Services Manager Dale Kaufman adding one more box to the many (did I mention there were many boxes?) that were stacked up in our old office lobby, ready to be shipped a short distance to the four-story building in which the Authorities occupy the entire fourth floor. Hats off to the Authority’s Deputy Director David Brazina for coordinating the move and putting in some long, long hours!

Entrance to both the Redevelopment and the Housing Authorities will be on the Water Street side of the building. Our phone numbers and e-mail addresses remain the same, as does our Vision Statement:
To be a catalyst for community revitalization and
affordable housing efforts in Lancaster County.
No matter where we’re located, we’ll continue to encourage individual achievement, empower families, strengthen neighborhoods, develop and preserve affordable housing and promote economic growth in Lancaster County’s communities.
