Redevelopment Authority Plans and Reports
The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority administers the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) formula block grant programs on behalf of the County of Lancaster. This funding includes the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs.
As a local jurisdiction the Redevelopment Authority is required to develop a variety of plans to meet federal requirements as part of the Consolidated Plan process. The Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report assist us in assessing the affordable housing and community development needs of Lancaster County through the development and evaluation of priority needs and goals.
