Fiscal Year 2013 Annual Report (CAPER)

The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority, on behalf of the County of Lancaster, will submit the Fiscal Year 2013 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on March 31, 2014. The Authority is now providing a public comment period for the Report.

The Report details the performance of Lancaster County’s Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) for the period January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. It provides an assessment of program progress according to specific objectives and activities and an analysis of the programs’ benefits to low- and moderate-income residents of Lancaster County.

A DRAFT of the report is available for public review with this notice.  The report is also available  in the offices of the Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority at 202 North Prince Street, Suite 400, Lancaster, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional copies of the report are available in the Lancaster County Commissioner’s Office located at 150 North Queen Street, Suite 715, Lancaster, PA 17603.

A formal comment period will be open from March 6, 2014 to March 27, 2014. Comments made in writing during this period of time will be forwarded to HUD along with the CAPER. Comments will be maintained in the Authority’s permanent files.
