The Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition (LCHC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for operating an emergency low-barrier shelter at Otterbein United Methodist Church (20 E. Clay St. Lancaster) for 29 months starting December 1, 2023.

Responses are due by 5:00pm on Friday, September 29, 2023, and should be submitted to Beth Dreyer-DeGoede at [email protected].

The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority (LCLBA) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) for work related to the rehabilitation of the residential property at 318 Poplar Street in Columbia Borough.

Responses are due by 4:00pm on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, and should be submitted to Sean Krumpe, Program Coordinator – Acquisition and Rehabilitation at [email protected].

LCLBA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive proposal informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible proposal that serves the best interest of the organization.

The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority (Land Bank) seeks a qualified developer or contractor (Applicant) to acquire and rehabilitate a blighted property at 26 E. High Street in Manheim Borough.

In order for the Land Bank to consider a proposal to acquire the property, the Applicant must complete and submit the attached application documents below.  Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed by the Land Bank.  Proposals must be submitted to the authority by Friday September 24, 2021 by 4:00 pm.  Applicants must submit one (1) electronic and one (1) hard copy.

The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster and the City of Lancaster have developed a joint application to request proposals from organizations seeking CDBG-CV and ESG-CV CARES Act funding to prevent, prepare for and respond to COVID-19.

The Redevelopment Authority and City are interested in programs or activities supporting housing and homelessness, public services and facilities, and economic development that address needs of low-moderate- income residents affected by COVID-19.
