Directions to create your owner account in Assistance Connect
To create an owner/landlord account in assistance connect, you will need a registration pin. This pin will be created by LCHRA staff and will be sent to you by email.
Documents needed by LCHRA to create your account:
- Landlord Information Form (Below)
- Current Tenant Ledger
- If you want Direct Deposit, please complete the DD form and send along with a voided check.
- Direct Deposit form
- Voided check
- Return all documents to email@example.com.
- Once LCHRA staff receive your documents, we will set up your account and issue you a registration pin. You will then be able to go to assistance connect and create your owner account. Please Note: We can only assign a PIN once one of your tenants become eligible for the program.
