There is currently a waiting list for the Manufactured Home Repair Program. Applications will be processed in the order that they are received. Please reach out to program staff if you are experiencing an emergency that requires immediate attention.
The Manufactured Home Repair Program (MHRP) is for owners of manufactured homes on leased land in Lancaster County.
This program offers financial assistance to qualified homeowners based on eligibility factors which include income, homeowner’s insurance coverage, and repairs needed.
Benefits of the Program:
Home Analysis – Our trained home inspectors will analyze your home and work with you to determine needed repairs
Construction Monitoring – We will monitor the construction work being performed for the length of the job, and will assist in solving any problems that may occur during the process
Choice of Contractor – You are able to choose a contractor you know, or select from our list of qualified contracts who have completed work on previous projects
No Monthly Payments – Due to the structure of the program, you are not required to make any monthly payments on the loan. The loan balance decreases twenty percent (20%) each year that you stay in your home, and is fully forgiven after a period of five (5) years.
