The second Substantial Change to the Annual Action Plan for 2019 includes the allocation of the second round of CARES funds through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), Public Law 116-136. These funds will be used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
The public comment period for the Plan begins with this notice (April 1, 2021) and ends prior to the Lancaster County Board of Commissioner’s meeting on April 13, 2021.
