2021 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) – Draft Available for Public Comment

The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority, on behalf of the County of Lancaster, will submit the Fiscal Year 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on March 31, 2022. The Authority is now providing a public comment period for the Report.

A copy of the report is available for public review at https://www.lchra.com/resources/.

A formal comment period will be open from March 8, 2022 to March 28, 2022.  Comments made in writing during this period will be forwarded to HUD along with the CAPER. The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority, on behalf of the County of Lancaster, will submit the Fiscal Year 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on March 31, 2021. The Authority is now providing a public comment period for the Report.

The Report details the performance of Lancaster County’s Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG), for the period January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. It provides an assessment of program progress according to specific objectives and activities and an analysis of the programs’ benefits to low- and moderate-income residents of Lancaster County.
