Housing Authority

Administers the Housing Choice Voucher (“Section 8”) rental assistance program in Lancaster County, outside the Lancaster City limits.

Land Bank Authority

Created, as a public entity, to confront real estate problems such as vacant, abandoned, blighted, underutilized and tax-delinquent properties.

Lancaster Redevelopment Fund

Nonprofit organization supporting economic development activities and programs to revitalize Lancaster County communities.

A Drop Box is Located in the Main Lobby And Can Be Accessed Between the Hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

CARES ACT Funding and Housing and Community Development for COVID-19
