Housing Authority

Administers the Housing Choice Voucher (“Section 8”) rental assistance program in Lancaster County, outside the Lancaster City limits.

Land Bank Authority

Created, as a public entity, to confront real estate problems such as vacant, abandoned, blighted, underutilized and tax-delinquent properties.

The Redevelopment Fund

Nonprofit organization supporting economic development activities and programs to revitalize Lancaster County communities.

In-person appointments will be conducted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Inspections for any current clients of the Housing Authority is still suspended until further notice.  Checks will be distributed by mail.

A Drop Box is Located in the Main Lobby And Can Be Accessed Between the Hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
